Village Green Townhouse Units
Our units are: 2 bedroom & 2 bedroom with loft (3 bedroom) units.    (See Floor Plans)  

All units have -  2 full baths, living room, dining area, full kitchen, gas fireplace, color cable TV and an entryway with  ski storage. 

Maximum occupancy: (2 bedroom - 6 persons)(2 bedroom w/loft - 8 persons).
Maximums include children, are controlled by Town ordinance and cannot be exceeded. 

Sleeping Arrangements
2 bedroom unit: Master Bedroom - 1 kingsize bed
Guest Bedroom - 2 twin beds*
Living Room - 1 queensize sleep sofa

2 bedroom w/loft: Master Bedroom - 1 kingsize bed
Private Guest Bedroom - 2 twin beds*
Loft Bedroom - 2 twin beds*
Living Room - 1 queensize sleep sofa

* Two twin beds can be made up as 1 queensize in some units if requested in advance.

Nightly Rental Rates *
Early Winter (Mid November - Mid December) $250.00 - $335.00                                        Winter (Mid December - April exc. Holidays) $300.00 - $400.00
Winter Holiday (Christmas and February Vacation) $400.00 - $535.00
Summer / Early Fall (Mid June to Mid October) $250.00 - $335.00
Spring and Late Fall (April - Mid June & Mid October - Mid November) $200.00 - $275.00

* Rates do not include 10% State and local Rooms Tax

Other Information and Deposit & Cancellation Policy
* Sorry, no pets are allowed
* Security Deposit will be required
* Check in is guaranteed by 4:00 pm - Check out is at 10:00 am
* There are discounts for some stays of a week or more (non holiday)
* Some midweek (Sun - Fri) stays are also at a discounted rate

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure any reservation. Unless specified at the time of reservation, all reservations are cancellable up to 30 days prior to arrival with a $50.00 cancellation charge. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and from that time on the reservation is non cancellable.
